-Tenants must be covered by tenant insurance, with civil
liability of at least one million dollars ($1 million)
-the apartment is non-smoking
-NO PETS ALLOWED
-no short-term rental allowed
-the tenant is required to maintain the yard and cut the
grass during the summer.
-the tenant is responsible for snow removal of the front of
the property including the steps and driveway. If the
tenant wishes a car shelter, the installation and removal
and storage of the car shelter will be the responsibility
of the tenant.
The tenant must ensure that the tenant in the basement can
access and exit their apartment.
The proposed tenant must complete a pre-rental application
satisfactory to the landlord, and include their employment
information and previous rental references.
